            The El Morro Masterpiece Motel is a top quality lodging located in the fishing village of Morro Bay, with easy access to the freeway, but not so close as to hear it, and within three or four blocks of the shops, sea and sand.
            Hearst Castle is near, 25 miles away. We’re close to a golf course and the Paso Robles wine country. Almost precisely midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Morro Bay is a paradise of lagoons, and ecological and wildlife sanctuaries.
            The Masterpiece, a splendid example of Spanish-Moorish architecture, has interior corridors decorated with reproductions of great artistic masterpieces, as are the rooms themselves. More of a boutique hotel than motel, it has been aptly named.
            Supplementing a fitness center is a glorious and absolutely decadent Roman spa with tiled mural walls of life-sized, mythological figures.
            We provide free wireless internet, complimentary breakfast, wine and cheese hour. All rooms include refrigerators, microwaves, in-room coffee, free HBO, and more. Most of all, we strive for spotless accommodations.
